Move from opponent didn't showed up

What happened?

Move by opponent didn't showed to me, basically opponent made a move, it didn't showed on my app, the timer kept counting, and after it reached zero, it just froze there and didn't let me go back to home page. It was the 4th move by me and it's his 4th move also, I made a premove as my 4th move. My move was nxe4 and he made the move nf6. I went on to reporting him for stalling, then I checked the game on his page and showed me I lost because I left the game, eventhough I waited for the whole timer to get to zero. I had good connection, according to the connection meter. I demand a rating refund.

How can we reproduce the bug?

1. Install android app beta 0.13.13
2. Start a game as white
3. Play e4, c3
4. Play d4, d5
5. Play nc3 as premove, dxe4
6. Play nxe4 as premove, and then it froze and probably he premoved nf3 also.

Expected behavior

It should show me he played nf3
