should offline bot games show up in user profile games lists

right now, there is prototype code in ui/user/* that makes a stab at inserting local games into the server results for the games list on user profile page.

this is complicated by infinite scroll. i can make it work, but let's decide if we even should. maybe we want local games as a separate tab rather than integrated within the other results. or maybe we don't want local games to show up here at all.
