Huge problem using voice control

Because of my neck tumor I can't use my hands to control Mouse, so I use Voice control. It was wonderful until new Voice command was implemented named "pieces". When you say this word Computer start to name pieces and places for approximately one minute, and you can't use dictation until it's over! It's big mistake to use it in the way like it is now, so I very ask you to turn off this option!

We have to turn off the microphone while the computer talks otherwise voice control will try to interpret it. If you can use the keyboard, you should be able to press either shift key to cancel a long speech.
