posh-jenkins
============
A set of PowerShell Cmdlets providing access to Jenkins features.
Usage
-----
Commands currently available:
CmdLet Alias Description
------ ----- -----------
Jenkins-Info ji Displays various details about the Jenkins server.
Jenkins-Jobs jj Lists the jobs configured on the Jenkins server, colouring each depending on status.
Jenkins-Build jb Instructs Jenkins to build the specified job with the default parameters.
Installing
----------
1. Verify you have PowerShell 2.0 or better with $PSVersionTable.PSVersion.
2. Verify execution of scripts is allowed with `Get-ExecutionPolicy` (should be `RemoteSigned` or `Unrestricted`). If scripts are not enabled, run PowerShell as Administrator and call `Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Confirm`.
3. Clone the posh-jenkins repository to your local machine.
4. Modify your `Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1` to execute `install.ps1`, passing the address of the Jenkins server: . C:\Projects\posh-jenkins\install.ps1 "http://server/jenkins/"
