Canvas moves when moving outcomes

UI issue, may be edge case or a simple fix.

When you use the arrow keys to navigate, the view is shifted to keep the focused card in the centre of the screen. If the canvas is moving and you change the focused card and then reorder it the canvas jumps a bit as demonstrated below.
This only happens when you change the focused card then reorder them. Afterwards, you can move the focused card as much as you want and it will be smooth.

Sometimes when it jumps it will focus on the card you moved from. E.g. a is selected and is swapped with b. The focus will be on a.
