V2ParamMissing / Mandatory 3DS v2 Fields are missing

Hi, we have been informed by Worldline/Ingenico that the Fallback support to 3DSv1 will end 1st October 2022 and that some mandatory v2 fields are missing from the transaction requests.

To avoid declines after Oct 1, it is necessary to include these parameters:

V2ParamMissing => Parameter(s) JavaEnabled, ColorDepth, ScreenHeight, ScreenWidth, TimeZone absence caused Fallback to V1

How does your module deal with that?

Not urgent at the moment since even without providing these mandatory params, default values will be used.
