To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to My Drive
  2. During creating a document/link or adding a new version process, we click on cancel button
  3. try to creating a document/link or adding a new version again
  4. See the the uploading popup is not shown

Expected behavior
popup is shown in creating a document process or adding a new version process
