react-native version: 0.69.0,

I am trying to upgrade react-native-full-screen-notification-incoming-call from 0.1.12 to 1.0.1 but I got this error, does anyone know why?
shoud I upgrade my react-native to 0.74.0 to use react-native-full-screen-notification-incoming-call 1.0.1?
