MTGSource - Improve time needed to convert

Now, the conversion is made sequentially because there was issues in the netcdf core library used by previous versions of satpy. 
- Try to customize core library with new version.
- Explore the possibility to download only netcdf files effectively needed by the composite (maybe the reader should be modified too, according to this functionality)
