TALONT Isoform ID

Hi,

I'm trying to find genomic coordinates or map to the TALONT isoform IDs from Table 2 sheet A.

Where can I find the reference for these annotations? The provided GTF file does not contain these IDs, and I could not find any explanation in the paper.

Can you please assist with this?
