Hi
Is it possible to clone or simply copy a working space and load it locally?
It will be quite useful for visualisation of the fish outputs until napari become more usable on ssh.
Thanks

Hi, yes I was thinking of a function to dump a workspace to HDF5 (or similar) and load back into a specified workspace, potentially in a different database. This could be either low-level (dump/load the exact structure that exists in fdb) and faster, or higher level (dump/load the logical structure of tensors and dimensions) and slower but more robust.
Today my local fdb said its status is "UNHEALTHY: No replicas remain of some data". I guess I have to trash it and start over, so it would have been good to have a backup...
