1. Add the Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) manual for Text Editor.
2. Mirror the same pt_BR assets into the loongarch64/sw_64 install tree.

1. Verify the new manual is installed under /usr/share/deepin-manual/manual-assets/application/deepin-editor/editor/pt_BR.
2. Check that all image references resolve from both asset trees.
3. Confirm no existing language directory is modified.

1. 添加文本编辑器的巴西葡萄牙语（pt_BR）帮助手册。
2. 将同一份 pt_BR 资源同步到 loongarch64/sw_64 安装目录。
