他这个车牌应该是现实生活的中的车牌 比赛的车牌 和现实的一点都不一样 可能是全黑背景白字 也可能全白黑字 还可能有框

也是 去年是蓝色渐变背景 今年就不知道了

用opencv 自带的功能挺简单的 把车牌扣出来然后进行识别 就是实验室里面测试的车牌大概率和比赛的不一样
