Lita mention_name is not cleaned up when changing Slack username. #34

When changing your username in Slack, lita-slack will leave your old "mention name" around. At that point you'll have multiple lita.users.metion_name.* entries pointing to your Slack UID. If you then attempt a Lita::User.fuzzy_search for your old mention_name, your Lita::User record will be found. Even though it shouldn't be.

A fix for this might also be related to #33.
