Just installed this using pip. Followed all the steps in the readme and I get this error:

TemplateSyntaxError at /admin/applicants/applicant/
'admin_static' is not a registered tag library. Must be one of:
admin_list
admin_modify
admin_urls
bootstrap4
cache
humanize
i18n
import_export_tags
l10n
liststyle_tags
log
notifications_tags
static
tags
