read input txt file in same directory

How do I read input text from a file?

Context
I am solving Advent Of Code.
I download input as a txt file and save as day_1.txt or day_2.txt in directory of livebook.
I just want to send filename as input to code block.

Is that possible? Is it possible to upload input file from browser?

Path.join(__DIR__, "path/to/file.exs"). File upload is coming in the future and I think there is a file upload library too.
