Can udp data interaction only go through the intranet?

when i Connect to the livekit server through python sdk (7880). The server is configured with tcp_port: 7881 and udp_port: 7882, but I found that the traffic of port 7882 is either on the public network(118.31.118.135) and some on the intranet(172.22.1.121). How can there be configured to only the intranet?
