text stream participant identity is always set to "agent" since v1.0.13

Issue:

When running a sample project like agent-starter-swift together with agent-starter-python, all transcription is showing under the "agent" side. It breaks all the starter projects that rely on the "lk.transcription" text stream

Temporary solution:
pinning (downgrading) "livekit" library to 1.0.12 solves it

we've yanked 1.0.13 and reverted latest to 1.0.12, there was a bug in the Rust stack that isn't correctly attributing the sender

Any ETA on when this would be fixed? Using 1.0.12 is causing a bit of performance issues. Was good with 1.0.13

@meetakshay99 I see that too. 1.0.12 has some crashes and is slower to join a room than 1.0.13

@davidzhao Can you pls let know of the ETA for a fix to this? I hope it is done asap. Our release to prod is blocked due to perfomance issues caused by downgrading to 1.0.12
