配置文件里加密服务器是我私人搭建放出来公用的服务器，可能会不定时更换服务器,。

如果出现问题，请手动访问、或者PING测试一下，如果一直持续出现异常问题，可能是服务器挂了。

如果存在不稳定，部分地区解析错误、服务器宕机等原因，而导致个别地区连不通我的服务器，可自行搭建。

当然如果你的服务器闲置，或者搭建的服务性能过剩，也可以考虑分享出来使用，回复到当前ISSUE即可。
