I've been using SD Forge for a couple of months now as people in the beginning were suggesting that it was decently faster than Automatic1111. To me it seemed faster, but then I started coming across posts with people using similar hardware or less powerful getting much faster generations than me. The best example I can provide is this:
Specs: RTX 3090 FE, AMD 3950X, 32GB DDR4 at 3600Mhz. Installation: Direct clean install from GitHub all default settings from the one-click install.
Gen Settings: Model doesn't seem to matter, but for proper perspective, I'm using epicphotogasm_lastunicorn with DPM++ 2M Karras, 20 steps, 7 CFG, 512x768. Nothing else. No High Res Fix or Upscale.
I'm getting on average 1.99 to 2.42it/s. I've seen people getting double digits. There's got to be something wrong. My understanding was that SD Forge was built to make all the extra arguments added unnecessary. Are we supposed to be making modifications to make it take full advantage of our hardware? I've been unable to locate instructions telling us we're supposed to be making modifications. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
