Hi! I have a question. I plotted umap with the hamming distance but every time I run my code, I get different plots (different scale, different density of dots) even tho I run it on the same data each time. Why is that? The general layout is pretty similar (dots with one color are on the other side than the dots with another color; some outliers) but it still differs.
I would be very grateful for the answer! Thanks in advance!
