Suggestion: Use standardized workflows in repos

Having exactly the same workflows in every repository could have multiple advantages, for exam syncing one GitHub actions change among repositories easily using octoherd. I could submit PRs to standardise them (Repo names can be autodetected, like in https://github.com/runcitadel/docker-template. would you consider merging PRs like this for repositories to standardise these?
