How do we add a set of Dataset to LOD ?

I'm the software engeneer of Agroportal a Bioportal version for agronomy. And we have 147 dataset to load, do you have any idea of how we can do that ?

Please submit datasets through the portal at: https://lod-cloud.net/add-dataset

I would ask you to submit a few datasets manually so we can review the quality and then email me to discuss how we can do bulk loading into the portal.
