Two questions

1. Which version of the GPL is your work under? This is quite significant - there are fairly substantial differences between the versions.
2. Do you actually use Flash as such?

1. That's a good question. I'll look into clarifying the license type. I think what we really want is something more like MIT, actually. Here's what we care about: Others can freely use the code however they like, we appreciate credit, artwork and music are off-limits.
2. We used SoundManager for audio support which does fallback to Flash.
