Description

Receive notification from a monitor in maintenance if the monitor is push type and receive an HTTP request with arg status=down

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Create a Push type monitor with a notify method
2. Create maintenance, including the monitor above
3. Trigger the monitor by sending an HTTP request with arg status=down

👀 Expected behavior

Won't receive any notification to notify me the server is down as it has been marked as in maintenance.

😓 Actual Behavior

Receive a notification, which should not.
