Page title trimmed or not visible.

Hi,

I've noticed an issue with the visibility of the menu on different screen sizes. In some cases, the page title is either not visible or gets trimmed.

What do you think would be the right behavior when the title is too long for everything to fit?

Instead of trimming long titles, which doesn't look good even with an added icon, SQLPage should always hide the title and use an icon or image when possible. This approach is similar to the one used on RhinoShield's website.
Also it might be useful to mention that in the docs and encourage users to use icon/image.
