Video Playback

I am currently working on a game and was playing with the idea of adding animated cut scenes. I tried loading the OGG Theora video format that is incorporated into LOVE2D on the 3DS but it gives me a nil value return. The video does load and play in the NEST test setup on my Mac though. So I am assuming video playback is not incorporated into Lovepotion within the console?
