[feature-request] add info about ranks and chip-width in Memory Device

Sticker's additional info, which are not displayed inside the hardinfo:

• memory ranks: 1R or 2R;
• memory IC/Device width: x8 (bit) or x16 (bits).

Now, I see this info by decode-dimms program of i2c-tools package.
