is there any way to use create unique in this bundle
i mean someting like unique=true in doctrine/orm

It's not supported at this stage. Neo4j added some constructs for this, but it has not been integrated into the OGM. There is still PR #30 for this, which was accidentally closed. However, the submiter did not provide tests. My own tests could not demonstrate the functionality. I never saw the expected behavior, so it was never merged.
