Inline comments on diagram elements

User Story

As a reviewer or team member, I want to pin comments to specific diagram elements so that I can give precise, contextual feedback without needing to coordinate a live session.

Problem

There is no way to leave feedback directly on a diagram. Reviewers fall back to external tools — chat, email, documents — and must describe element locations in text. Feedback gets scattered, loses context, and is hard to act on.

Proposed Solution

Users can add a comment to any element. A small badge on the element signals an open thread; clicking it opens the comment inline. Threads can be marked resolved once addressed, hiding the badge.

Acceptance Criteria

• A user can add a comment to any diagram element (e.g. via right-click or toolbar)
• Elements with unresolved comments show a visible badge
• Clicking the badge opens the comment thread without leaving the diagram
• Comments are visible to all collaborators and persist across sessions
• A user can resolve a comment thread, which removes the badge from the element
