Presentation mode: broadcast the viewport to all collaborators

User Story

As a presenter or instructor, I want to broadcast my viewport to all participants so that everyone stays focused on the area I am discussing without needing to navigate manually.

Problem

When presenting or teaching with a diagram, participants can freely pan away and miss the section being discussed. Keeping a group aligned requires constant verbal navigation cues, which breaks the pace and flow of the session.

Proposed Solution

A user activates presentation mode from the presence bar. While active, all other participants' viewports follow the presenter's pan and zoom. A banner informs them who is presenting and that their view is synced. Participants can opt out to browse freely, and only one presenter can be active at a time.

Acceptance Criteria

• A collaborator can activate and deactivate presentation mode from the presence bar
• While active, all other participants' viewports mirror the presenter's pan and zoom
• A persistent banner informs participants who is presenting and that their view is synced
• Participants can opt out of the synced view and navigate independently
• Only one user can hold the presenter role at a time
