Make job Card button smaller #692

Describe the bug
The text of the "View Application" button in German is too long for the job card, so an alternative solution needs to be implemented.
To Reproduce
- Go to the job overview page
- Set the page to german to see the button
Expected behavior
The button should not become larger than the other one.
