I have seen picovoice. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems it's quite expensive and they don't have a free option for open source projects: https://picovoice.ai/pricing/

you can free to create to three wake up words, no need pay.

you can do with with the existing TTS fyi. just need to add the code with the keyword which tell it to send down the path else. ignore.
