I'm not quite sure is it an ComfyUI issue or pack issue, but:
During installation, there is a step there is apparently a step there installer script is trying to download something in ninja mode outputting text only after it finishes.

The issue is, in slow internet this step takes forever.

The last string in terminal before hung up:

## ComfyUI-Manager: EXECUTE => ['C:\\SD\\ComfyUI_windows_portable\\python_embeded\\python.exe', 'install.py']

## Execute install/(de)activation script for 'C:\SD\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-Impact-Pack'
[!]
[!] [bold yellow]WARN: The `COMFYUI_MODEL_PATH` environment variable is not set. Assuming `C:\SD\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models` as the ComfyUI path.[/bold yellow]
[!]

2 minutes later installer appends those lines:

And finally continues reporting actions properly
