OPTIONS
map.txt launch the game.
map.txt -i launch the game in infinity mode.
-h print the usage and quit.
USER INTERACTIONS
During the game:
SPACE_KEY jump.
RETURN_KEY pause menu.
In the end or dead menu:
Q_KEY quit the game.
R_KEY restart the game.
In main menu:
E_KEY change the skin.
