libtorch_cpu.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Successfully installed torchtext-0.7.0，下载的这个版本，然后运行Python3 train.py会报上面那个错，没有动态库？请问怎么解决

卸载了重新下载的，这次是用conda装的，conda install -c pytorch torchtext，后边运行没有报错，之前pip装的出现上面问题。
