bfgminer+Moonlander2 "NO DEVICE FOUND"

I need some help.

I have 2 Moonlander 2 and try to run bfgminer under Ubuntu 20.04. When i start bfgminer with my start.sh

./bfgminer --scrypt -S ALL -o stratum+tcp://stratum.aikapool.com:7916 -u Fisa.moon -p password --set MLD:clock=600

bfgminer says "NO DEVICE FOUND", but the orange LED's are blinking. So he does something.

with ./bfgminer -d? i get:

So they are there but bfgminer dont use them. And yes i tried sudo as well.

There is something i dont get or im not able to see.
