common use case:

const Foo = ({id: idProp})=> {
  const idGenerated = useGeneratedId()
  const id = idProp || idGenerated
  //...
}

let support following:

const Foo = ({id: idProp})=> {
  const id = useGeneratedId(idProp)
  //...
}
