Option to use "read aloud time" instead of word count

I often need to write conference papers that will be read aloud, so my goal is to reach 10 or 15 minutes of speaking time. Now I can go to a page like this one and convert time to words and then enter that into this plugin, but it would be nice if it was built in. (Preferably with an ability to adjust the wpm to your own speaking speed.) Thanks!
