Error on ZV E10Mark ii camera screen "Check connected device"

I successfully changed language from Japanese to English but after that I am greeting error "Check connected device" on ZV e10 mark-2 while connecting camera with laptop.
Steps I followed

1. Connect cable to camera and laptop.
2. Selected Mass Storage option on camera.
3. For few seconds it shows connected (Not nothing shows on laptop)
4. Later on camera screen it shows "Check connected device"

I tried with different cables but still getting this error.
Due to this I'm not able to transfer my data to laptop from camera.

If any can help please share opinion.
