License file missing

I noticed this repository does not contain a license file, what's the license of the code?
If you tell me, I can submit a pull request with the LICENSE file.

Hi Uli,

basically you can do whatever you want with the code - I see it as a simple example on how to create a bootloader. But I've been a bit sloppy and copied the code for Intel HEX8 parsing from vsergeev/libGIS - so there might be requirements from this side.

In general, I'd be to get feedback and see the code to evolve.
