im thinking for the name something like "mediasmith", like "become a mediasmith and get xyz"

things im thinking of adding

• priority in queue (see rework queue system #282 )
• increased limits on file size, length, fps, etc
• decreased cooldown

i dont really want to make premium exclusive commands, but idk this may change
