DlgEditFilter: Last change in the filter-tree not saved #236

When editing a filter, the last change done in the filter tree is often not saved to the filter.

We suspect Qt's handling of delegates in the tree - if the tree doesn't lose focus, it doesn't apply the changes from the editor.
