Maestro will award you 4 Million Compute credits upon acceptance of this PR, to use in Maestro services!!

Improve Protocol Parameters endpoint integration in this SDK by completing the following actions:

Review response/object definitions.
Remove deprecated Protocol parameters (old) /protocol-params endpoint
Add missing Protocol parameters /protocol-parameters endpoint
Overall test the new endpoint with different calls.
