Not Sending Emails

I thought it was working because I seen that two test emails were sent.

Everything seems to be working, test mails send out, cron is running fine, I noticed domain_throttle.data and geoip.sess is being updated, no errors or javascript errors.

I installed it on a fresh magento 1.9.2.2 and still the same thing. Everything seems to be in order but it just doesn't seem to send out emails.

I've tried running all kinds of different campaigns.

I just can't get it to work.

Any ideas?

It seems to be working fine now. I might not be sittings things correctly.

Just wondering, how could I create a welcome email that sends only one email for both guest customers and regular customers only on their first order and sends it out within like an hour or less? Is that possible?

Hi, yes you should be able to do that, just use order as recipients, it will not differentiate between guests and customers unless being told.
There is a filter called "Has previous orders,..." or something that you could use to make sure it gets only send out ones.
