Updating Group's leader does not update the primary contact in MIVS

If a primary contact creates a MIVS Game entry, then changes the primary contact of their group, this will get updated in registration, but not in the MIVS plugin. This will cause emails that go from us to go to the original primary contact and not the updated one.
