Noticed in https://magstock8.uber.magfest.org/uber/registration/history?id=157e14ef-da9c-4afc-b8df-0ffcfd2e5988 when Outlaw did a refund.

That's kind of hilarious. My bet is that it's the fault of some presave adjustments we do regarding the volunteer ribbon -- would be interesting to see if it happens to ribbons we don't mess with.
