Reg - MIVS groups did not auto assign ribbon for indie dev

Reg is having to assign indie dev ribbons in the system to most of the mivs devs. While usually it's easy to see they deserve the ribbon due to group name having mivs in it, not having it listed in the ribbons field means some workers won't think to give them unless asked. Not sure if this entirely system or if MIVS is missing doing something when approving the groups.

For whatever reason, 42 out of the 186 MIVS badges didn't have indie ribbons. For this year I've gone through and automatically granted them all the indie ribbons, so this shouldn't trouble anyone any moer this year any longer. However, I will leave this Github issue open so that we can investigate the cause of this to prevent it from happening next year.
