xml2js vulnerability #5

xml2js version < 0.5.0 has a new vulnerability.

ldbs-json lists dependencies as "^0.4.22".

I am not able to properly test ldbs-json with xml2js-0.5.0 as I am not able to obtain an LDBSVWS API key due to issues at Rail Delivery Group.
