Once you set an end date to a project, weird things can happen #1180

We must be checking for a not None condition as a shortcut to see if a project ended, which is not right.

It's Sept 20th and I set the end date to SonifyAR to Oct 30, 2024. However, now it shows up in the completed projects list:

Also shows up in the admin interface as such (on sidebar, I have to click 'Archived' for it to showup):
